During Teachers’ Convention, kids will spend 2 days learning essential cooking skills and building confidence in the kitchen. On Friday, they’ll proudly serve a homemade dinner to their families.
Fresh Pasta Making – mixing, rolling, shaping
Gnocchi from Scratch – technique, texture, and timing
Sauces & Vinaigrettes – balance, seasoning, and flavour building
Knife Skills – safe handling, proper cuts, and kitchen confidence
Plating & Serving Skills – presentation and hospitality basics
Kitchen Teamwork & Clean-Up – responsibility and organization
At the end of the workshop, families are invited to stay and enjoy a meal prepared and served by their young chef, an experience that builds pride and confidence as well as providing a real restaurant experience.
